Blade made from 9Cr18MoV

The blade is made from 9Cr18MoV, which is quite a mouthful! It's a stainless steel from China that is roughly equivalent to 440B steel. All you need to know is that it has great sharpness retention and it's easy to sharpen.

Guibourtia handle

The handle consists of steel liners with scales made from Guibourtia wood. This is the Latin name for Bubinga, also known as African Rosewood. It is an elegant wood, and it looks amazing.
