Information
Full-fledged survival knives like the Magnum M-Spec Survival Knife were established decades ago by Jimmy Lile and became known worldwide at the latest through the 1982 film Rambo. For reasons of stability, however, the Magnum MSSK is not equipped with a controversial hollow handle, but has a solid handle made of indestructible FRN. Thanks to the olive-green rubber coating, the non-slip handle always lies securely in the hand, even when wet, and the black guard increases safety at work. The opening in the hand guard, reminiscent of the barrel ring of a bayonet, allows the knife to be fixed with cord, wire, cable ties or fabric adhesive tape, so that it can also be used as a makeshift spear, for example. The powerful Bowie blade made of stainless and shock-resistant 7Cr17MoV is coated black and also has the typical back saw. The perfectly fitting black oneThanks to numerous openings, the plastic sheath offers a wide variety of attachment options for clothing and equipment and is also equipped with a built-in compass and a practical fire starter. The actual belt loop is designed as an integrated clip .
